Heavy Cream Substitute

1/3 cup melted butter
¾ cup warmed milk (or enough to make 1 cup)

Combine, and use in recipe that calls for heavy cream.

*this does not whip, and does not make ice cream (I’m not sure exactly what you would even use it for)
